By using the Olfa platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
Registration and Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to register on the platform
- You must provide accurate and correct information when registering
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use of the Platform and Courses
Access to Content
Enrolling in a course grants a personal, non-transferable right of access to the educational content.
Prohibited Use
Copying, distributing, or selling educational content without written permission is prohibited.
Certificates
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course according to the specified criteria.
Access Validity
Access to courses is available throughout your registration period on the platform.
Intellectual Property
- All educational materials, texts, images, and videos are owned by or licensed to the Olfa platform
- No content from the platform may be used for commercial purposes without written permission
- Teachers retain intellectual property rights to the content they create
- Use of the Olfa logo or trademark without permission is prohibited
Acceptable Conduct
All users must comply with the following:
- Learning and constructive participation
- Respecting teachers and students
- Asking questions and engaging in discussions
- Providing constructive feedback
- Harassment or abuse of others
- Posting inappropriate content
- Cheating or plagiarism
- Attempting to hack the platform
Fees and Payments
- Some courses may be free, and others may be paid
- Displayed prices include all applicable taxes
- Payment is made through secure payment gateways
- Fees are not refunded after the course has started, except in exceptional cases
Disclaimer
- The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or always available
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform
- Educational content is provided for educational purposes only
Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms
- Remove any content that violates our policies
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
You can close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
